Club Fees

Club Fees have been frozen from 2019-20.

We have developed the following refund policy for this seasonal year:

In the event of a full cancellation (training and games) of the 2020/2021 season, club fees will be refunded in full.

In the event of a partial cancellation of the season, the club will refund all avoided expenses associated with the portion of the season lost. 

Please be aware the indoor portion of our session is significantly more expensive than our outdoor seasons due to indoor league and indoor practice facility costs.

Your Club fees will include the following:

  • All league and affiliation fees
  • League administrative fees
  • Team coaching fees (2 practices/week fall and spring, and all games)
  • Winter indoor training (1 practice/week Nov & Dec, 2 practices/week Jan-March)*
  • Winter indoor league (runs November-March)*
  • Summer Club Camp
  • Summer Team Camp
  • Additional training, such as futsal, IPD, goalkeeping, offered multiple days/week Sept-Dec, March-June
  • Referee fees for all regular season games
  • College Fitfinder
  • DA Teams only - Jr. State Cup Registration fee

*  U7/U8 teams - Winter training and games (runs January-March - 1 training and winter league at High Velocity)

Individual teams will also maintain a separate team budget ($200-$400 per player - estimated) for other activities NOT covered by club fees including:

  • Fall and/or Spring tournaments
  • Coach travel fees to out-of-town tournaments
  • State Cup tournament and referee fees
  • Any other additional items the team decides on

Please Note:  Fees and services are subject to team rostering and total number of players participating in the club. Services are not listed as "menu choices", but inclusive in the pay one price.

Additional financial assistance or hardship requests are to be made directly to the club Executive Committee. Financial  Aid available to those who qualify.

2020-21 Family Credits available:

  • Families with 2 players - $125 credit
  • Families with 3 players - $250 credit
  • Families with 4+ players - $375 credit

Approved manager and club volunteer credits available. Please contact a club Executive Committee member for more details.
