Reign Club Administrator Position

For the past 4 years, the Plymouth Soccer Club has been fortunate to have Beth Hatsios serve as our club administrator.  Beth has decided to step down at the end of this season in June.  The Board of Directors would like to thank Beth for her service and many contributions to the club.

Accordingly, we have an open position for club administration.  This is a paid position – salary is commensurate with experience.  If you are interested in applying, please submit your resume and cover letter to:  Barb Cristea ( by Sunday, February 9th. 

Title:  Club Administrator

Reports to: Board of Directors

Hours:  Approximately 10-15 hours per most weeks with flexibility when hours are worked; increased hours in months of June and July


Summary Statement:

Plymouth Soccer Club is looking for enthusiastic and responsible club administrator with excellent administrative, organization and communication skills.  The successful candidate should enjoy working in customer orientated environment and have a good understanding of youth soccer.  The position will provide administrative support for all Reign programs and staff which includes Directors of Coaching (DOC) and the Board of Directors.



  • Addressing the emails, phone and voicemail inquiries in courteous and timely fashion
  • Acting as a first point of contact for customers/members providing information about the club programs, and routing inquiries to the appropriate internal contacts within the club
  • Processing and updating registrations on the club internal management system and other key websites (GotSoccer)
  • Create, organize and update a variety of schedules and assignments (team rosters, playing schedules, fields, survey/forms, reports)
  • Assist treasurer and uniform coordinator by providing up to date player information
  • Setup and maintain field calendars and permissions to field calendars
  • Assist with tryout preparations and assist during tryouts
  • Maintain the club website as necessary.  Prepare and distribute club wide newsletter and other communications, ensuring current and accurate information is presented. 
  • Must be flexible in working hours which may include evenings and weekends, with peak times during major events such as tryouts and post tryout registration
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

  • Represents the club in professional manner and provides excellent customer service
  • Exceptional organization skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively and on time
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication both written and oral
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
